Purchasing Prints

Photos viewed on Photojournalistas.com are the property of the photojournalists that created them. Photojournalistas.com only has the right to display the photos in this magazine and cannot sell the prints. Viewers may contact the individual photojournalists by going to the index of the story that the photos were in. Once in the story index click on the link to the Photojournalist Profile page. The E-mail address for the photojournalist is listed there. Individual photojournalists set their own prices for photos and therefore print prices will vary, depending upon the photojournalist. Photojournalists are under no obligation to sell prints from their photos and therefore prints may not be available to viewers from some stories. Some photojournalists may also choose not to release an E-mail address. In such cases prints will not be available.

Photojournalistas.com will in no way accept responsibility for any problems that may result from the purchase of a print from an individual photojournalist i.e. no delivery, issues concerning print quality, length of time for a delivery, or issues involving payment and returns. This is an issue to be worked out with the photojournalist selling the prints. Photojournalistas.com will discontinue running a photojournalist's E-mail address if it is proven that they are engaging in unethical or unlawful business practices concerning the sale of prints to viewers. Photojournalists.com makes photojournalist's E-mail addresses available to its viewers as a courtesy. Photojournalistas Publishing Inc. does not receive percentages or resale fees for transactions between photojournalists and viewers.
