Parked cars on both sides of the road leading to the Calais Town Hall.

A line of cars, belonging to residents attending the annual town meeting, leads to the Calais Town Hall in Vermont. An important issue in communities that have town meetings, especially one that has to do with spending, can draw a voter turnout that would make many cities envious.
Photojournalist Remarks

The snow covered road with a fresh layer of dirt spread on it for traction, the line of cars and the town hall in the background are the elements that I like in this photo.
